Company Background.
Clinitec was originally created in 2003 as a division of Swift Call Pty Ltd with the aim of establishing a business unit
which had its primary focus on Clinical Trial Management software and services. These services were created using
the core interactive voice response (IVRS) and web services (IWRS) skills of the Swift Call R&D team. The division
grew significantly as new capabilities were introduced and are used by pharmaceutical, biotechnology and research companies.
In November 2007 the division was formally separated away from Swift Call as Clinitec Pty Ltd. Clinitec's brand reflects
that we provide web and mobile technology services as well as IVR capabilities for clinical trial management.
Over the years we have witnessed a dramatic increase in the use of IVR systems, and their value to our users is now
well proven. By combining our unique experiences and personal insights into the applications of the technology we
have ensured that our customers get real value for their investment and, in turn, a strong and enthusiastic
reception from their clients.
Clinitec is now a significant service provider in Australia. Our staff of professional engineers and programmers
understands intimately the core IVRS and Internet technology and the strict environments in which these systems
need to operate.
